The total construction area of the facility is 2400 ㎡, and the total area of the barrier environment is about 1200 ㎡. There are 15 rooms, which can carry the feeding and experimental work of 5000 rats and mice at the same time. The animal room was approved by the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology to obtain the License for Using Experimental Animals.

Center can carry out in vivo experiments on a variety of animals (rats, mice, guinea pigs, rabbits and dogs, etc.) and various routes of administration (oral, intravenous, subcutaneous injection, intramuscular injection, abdominal injection, etc.), compounds in animal PK evaluation and toxicity evaluation, can also by constructing a variety of disease animal model to complete the efficacy of the compounds in animal screening, so as to complete the compound preclinical comprehensive in vivo evaluation work.

The center supports the company to complete the early compound screening and evaluation work related to in vivo animal experiments, saving cost and time cost, can better control the experimental process, and timely adjust the research plan according to the actual research situation, so as to make the early research more flexible and mobile.
