Equipped with the Molecular Biology Laboratory and Cell Biology Laboratory, with VICTOR X4 multi-function microplate reader, QuanStudio Dx RTPCR, AZURE Sapphire dual-mode multispectral laser imaging system, GUAVA 6HT flow cytometer, Nikon TI-S inverted fluorescence microscope and other equipment, can complete a variety of tests at the molecular level and cellular level. At present, it has many platforms such as anti-tumor drug R&D, metabolic regulatory drug R&D, antibiotics, pain and neurodegenerative drug R&D. It involves targeted anti-tumor projects, immunomodulatory anti-tumor projects and combined chemotherapy and radiotherapy anti-tumor projects. It can quickly and accurately carry out target confirmation, mechanism research, rapid screening of early compounds, and in vivo and vitro comprehensive efficacy evaluation of candidate compounds, development experiments of IND application, and exploration of compound combination or new indications in clinical stage.
